Common error codes from our Credit Card Processor API

Error Code Message
3002 You submitted an invalid card number or brand or combination of card number and brand with your request.

Action to Take: Please check your card number and try the transaction again.
3006 Error Message: Error Message: You submitted an expired credit card number with your request.

Action to Take: Please check your card number and expiration then try the transaction again.
3007 Error Message: Your request has failed the AVS check.

Required Action: Please ensure the billing address is accurate before retrying the transaction.
3009 Error Message: Your request has been declined by the issuing bank.

The bank has refused authorization for one of the following reasons:
- There is a bank policy regarding online transactions.
- There is a bank security policy that has declined the transaction based on preset anti-fraud algorithm.

Required Action: Please contact your bank to check the card amount limit and ensure the card is activated for online transactions
3017 Error Message: You submitted an invalid credit card number with your request.

Required Action: Please check your card number and try the transaction again
3022 Error Message: The card has been declined due to insufficient funds.

Required Action: Please check the credit limit and available credit on the card.
3027 Error Message: The external processing gateway has reported a limit has been exceeded.

Required Action: Please contact your bank to check the card amount limit and ensure the card is activated for online transactions
